The Wenceslas Square - New Town of Prague
Wenceslas Square is an important place in the centre of Prague (Capital of the Czech Republic). It has been a place where many historical events occurred. It's also a traditional place for demonstrations, celebrations, and similar public gatherings. The square is named after St. Wenceslas, the saint patron of Czechia.
Wenceslas Square has a shape of a very long (750 meters - total area 45000 square meters) rectangle, roughly in northwest-southeast direction.
